Investigator-initiated Trials

The following requirements must be met

• Applicants eligible to apply are physicians or researchers

• Applicants must be qualified by training and experience to perform the proposed research

• Applications are to be submitted via application form including information for all fields marked as mandatory

• Add current CV (mandatory)

• Add Protocol or Protocol Synopsis (non-mandatory)

We invite you to submit an initial concept for review (synopsis) via the application form below. The proposal may be approved, rejected, or returned with a request for additional details. If the initial concept is approved by mylife Diabetes Care, a full study proposal (full protocol, detailed budget) will be requested. Initial concept proposals are reviewed on an on-going basis, and full proposals are reviewed quarterly.The application process is by nature competitive and due to the high volume of applications, we might not be able to support all projects. Only complete applications will be considered.
