Important information on the integration of Dexcom

We are preparing for the next step in your diabetes management journey. The myLoop, powered by CamAPS FX, will soon be compatible with the innovative Dexcom G7 CGM system, one of the latest advancements in diabetes technology.

Our goal is to keep your system among the best in its class, always connected with the latest innovations that make your everyday life with diabetes simpler, smarter, and more comfortable.

You may already have received information that Dexcom is planning to phase out the Dexcom G6 in 2026.

For now, the Dexcom G6 CGM system remains fully supported within mylife Loop. There is no action required ffrom you at this stage. For now, your Dexcom G6 remains fully supported, and your mylife Loop will continue to work as usual.

Our teams at mylife Diabetes Care, Dexcom and CamDiab are working together to bring Dexcom G7 compatibility to the mylife CamAPS FX app. Once Dexcom G7 compatibility becomes available, we will make sure your transition is simple and supported.

We will share all the information you need, from upgrade instructions to helpful resources, through your local mylife Diabetes Care team.
